BabyWish does not use accounts. There is no login to close.
Data on your device
Uninstall BabyWish to delete local history, settings, and cached results. That action is immediate and happens on the device. We cannot reach that data from our side.
Original photos and videos never leave your device. The only analysis data sent off the device is a numerical face vector, and that vector is permanently deleted within one minute. There is normally nothing left for us to delete after that window.
Data we may still have
We may still hold a support email you sent us, crash or analytics events held by our processors, and subscription records held by Apple, Google, or Adapty (needed for billing). Those records do not include your selected photos or videos.
To request deletion of what we hold, email apps@zeisoft.com with:
- The app name (BabyWish)
- The email address you are writing from
- Approximate dates you used the app, if you know them
- Any purchase email or order ID from Apple or Google, if the request is about a subscription record
We will delete what we control within 30 days, unless we must keep a record for law, tax, or dispute reasons. We cannot delete Apple or Google’s own purchase history; use their account tools for that.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in Apple ID or Google Play settings first if you do not want further charges.
