These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cleanr mobile application on iOS (“App”), provided by Zeisoft Yazilim Limited Sirketi (“Zeisoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Cleanr is a photo-library cleaner. It scans your library on the device to find duplicate and similar photos, blurry or dark shots, screenshots, and large videos. You can delete items or compress videos. Scanning, grouping, search, and compression all run on your device.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as allowed by the Apple App Store and, where applicable, Google Play rules. We and our licensors keep all rights in the App. You may not copy, reverse engineer, rent, or resell it except as the law allows.
Subscriptions and purchases
Cleanr may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases. Features, lengths, and prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by country and offer.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Any free trial or introductory price, if offered, is described in the App and on the store listing. Unused portions of a trial are forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves.
Deletions and compression
You are responsible for what you delete or compress. Cleanr asks for confirmation and, on iOS, deleted items usually move to Recently Deleted for a limited time. Video compression can reduce file size and may reduce quality. We are not liable for data you choose to remove or for quality loss from compression.
Your media
Photos and videos you select stay on your device and never leave it. You are responsible for the media you grant Cleanr access to.
Acceptable use
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service
- Do not use the App in a way that infringes other people’s rights
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we process. It is part of these Terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeisoft Yazilim Limited Sirketi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or purchase amounts, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing, except where liability cannot be limited (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or stop the App or your access if you break these Terms or if we discontinue the product. Store subscription cancellation remains as described above.
Changes
We may change the App or these Terms. The date at the bottom of this page is the latest version. If you continue to use the App after a change, you accept the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Izmir, Turkey have jurisdiction, except that you may have mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence that still apply.
